Installation

From source (recommended during development):

git clone https://github.com/WMD-group/TrapLimitedConversion.git
cd TrapLimitedConversion
pip install -e .

With doped integration:

pip install -e ".[doped]"

Requirements

• Python >= 3.10

• numpy, scipy, matplotlib, pandas

• Optional: doped for defect thermodynamics
